Hello friends, my name is Vinayak Reddy, I moved to Noida in the year 2016 as my job as Director Marketing with a reputed MNC needed me to move to a newer market in terms of company goal. I had two challenges as soon as I landed here in NCR. First is to make an impression with my new role and second to find a suitable home to live. Looking at the job requirement I was sure that I would have to stay here for a long tenure, thus I decided to purchase my own home rather than renting one. I have a clear view on the budget and there was no constraint in that, so I started looking at some of the top projects in and around Noida. With no breakthrough with my search I decided to have a look in Greater Noida area, which has considerable number of good luxury residential projects.
I have always wanted to live life to fullest and this dream cannot be realized without having a luxurious home. So I started hunting for luxury flats in Greater Noida. I finally selected a few of the projects that fulfilled my criteria. I took notice of smallest of the small things that could make my home luxurious be it flooring, or bath fittings or kitchen. I liked the charm these projects offer with them, club house for throwing a lavish party was like cherry on the cake.
These projects offered recreational area with modern day sports facilities, Bar/lounge facility for party lovers, state of art Tennis court for sports enthusiast, Barbeque pit and dance studio as well. Prices for luxury flats in greater Noida area ranged from 45 lakhs to 80 lakhs depending upon the flat size you wish to choose. My personal choice is to go with Galaxy group project Galaxy Royale; I am still assessing my choice under few other parameters and think that will soon meet my dream come true.
